Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Ludhiana. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about the company’s fire safety services, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, recording call details, scheduling appointments for installations or inspections, and coordinating with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Effective verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in customer service and ability to manage customer queries professionally
- Basic knowledge of sales concepts, lead generation, and appointment scheduling
- Strong organizational skills for managing call records and customer databases
- Familiarity with fire safety services or willingness to learn about fire safety products and solutions
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in communication or customer service is preferred
