Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Bhopal. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage prospective and existing clients, share information about CVF Media’s services, and support campaign-related communication. The role includes maintaining call records, updating CRM or call logs, and following up consistently to nurture leads and gather feedback. The Caller will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align call scripts with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with Excel, call logs, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to understand and convey brand messaging, with interest in media, marketing, or digital content.
- Good organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (or local languages) to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
