Role Description
This is a full-time Caller role, based on-site at our Chennai location. The role involves contacting clients, maintaining a database of customer interactions, understanding customer requirements, and relaying information regarding company products and services. The Caller will also coordinate with sales and marketing teams and provide feedback on customer responses to improve engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in multiple languages being an advantage
- Ability to manage and update client databases efficiently
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Willingness to collaborate with sales and marketing teams for seamless information exchange
- Basic technical knowledge about construction chemical products or related industries is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are advantageous
