Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller, based in Delhi, India. The Caller will manage inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide information on financial products and services, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns. The role involves building a customer relationship, maintaining call records, and ensuring prompt follow-ups. The Caller will collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and work to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in telephone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services (preferred)
- Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining detailed records of calls
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in computer and telecommunication systems
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in relevant languages, including Hindi and English
