Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and provide information about the company's real estate offerings. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, addressing queries, maintaining accurate call records, and achieving designated call and lead generation targets. The Telecaller will work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to support organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in handling outbound calls and managing customer queries
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide relevant solutions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to achieve targets
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
