Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Malappuram. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with patients and prospective clients through phone calls to provide detailed information about the hospital's offerings, services, and treatments. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating with internal departments, assisting with follow-ups, and ensuring an excellent patient experience through effective communication and professionalism.
Should Know English, Hindi, Tamil Fluently To Speak
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in handling phone calls and managing appointment schedules
- Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office communication tools
- Ability to collaborate with team members and maintain a professional demeanor
- Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with additional knowledge of Malayalam preferred
