Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage potential and existing viewers, partners, and creators, providing information about platform offerings, promotions, and new releases. Responsibilities include explaining services clearly, answering queries, gathering feedback, and maintaining accurate call records in internal systems. The caller will collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to improve audience engagement, meet call targets, and ensure a professional and courteous communication experience in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills.
- Candidates should possess customer service, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, data entry, and call documentation skills.
- Candidates should possess time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Comfort with high-volume calling and ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in call center, telesales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
