Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller located in Delhi, India. As a Caller, your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing calls, engaging with clients to provide support or information about our services, and maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions. You will also be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and upholding excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and delivering excellent customer service
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries or resolve customer concerns effectively
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office tools or CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or tele-calling is an advantage
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or additional regional languages is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer relations or communication is a plus
