At AI Decoder Academy, we believe every child should learn with AI, not compete against it.
We're building India's next generation of AI-native learners by helping students aged 11–14 master Generative AI through creativity, critical thinking, real-world projects, and hands-on learning. Instead of memorizing concepts, our students create AI-powered stories, presentations, research projects, digital content, and even build their own Personal AI Teacher.
As our community continues to grow, we're looking for a confident, energetic, and people-focused Telecaller / Academic Counselor who enjoys talking to parents, building trust, and helping families make informed decisions about their child's future.

What You'll Do
- Connect with parents and prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain our programs with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
- Understand each family's learning goals and recommend the most suitable program.
- Schedule demo classes, counseling sessions, and follow-up discussions.
- Build lasting relationships through timely follow-ups and excellent communication.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems.
- Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Deliver a premium experience that reflects the values of AI Decoder Academy.
Who We're Looking For
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi, Kannada, or other regional languages are an added advantage).
✔ 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Admissions, Academic Counseling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Education Consulting is preferred.
✔ Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Comfortable speaking with parents and confidently handling objections.
✔ Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications.
✔ A positive attitude, professional work ethic, and a passion for helping students succeed.
✔ Interest in education, innovation, and emerging AI technologies.
