Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Support team member, located in Noida. The Call Support representative will handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries, provide technical support, resolve issues, and assist clients in troubleshooting HVAC systems. The role involves ensuring prompt, clear, and effective communication while delivering excellent customer service and comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to manage inquiries and provide effective assistance
- Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and understanding technical data
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain professionalism
- Prior experience in the HVAC industry or a technical background is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in technical support are a plus
