Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for spotting trends and coaching talent? We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team in Marol, Andheri!

Role Overview
- Location: Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Fixed)
- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
- Role: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
- Monitor & Evaluate: Assess customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails.
- Coach: Provide actionable feedback to agents to drive performance.
- Analyze: Identify gaps, track performance metrics, and spot quality trends.
- Report: Create impactful presentations for management to drive strategy.
What We Need (Requirements)
- Experience: 1+ year in QA, Customer Support, or Telesales.
- Language (Compulsory): Fluency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is mandatory for call monitoring.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication
