**About Us**: We're a forward-thinking contact center company, and we're taking customer service to the next level with cutting-edge AI voice agents. If you're a programmer with a knack for building and integrating intelligent systems, we want you to help us create a seamless, automated support experience for our clients, using platforms like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Azure Bot Service, and Twilio Autopilot, along with integrations into Salesforce and ServiceTitan. **What You'll Do** Build and customize AI voice agents on platforms like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Azure, and Twilio Autopilot. Implement dynamic integrations between AI agents and CRM/service platforms like Salesforce and ServiceTitan using APIs, Lambda functions, webhooks, and custom logic. Set up API access and build API calls to enable the bot to retrieve and update customer data, manage appointments, and resolve queries. Test, iterate, and optimize bot performance with real-time data from Salesforce, ServiceTitan, and other sources. Ensure seamless communication flows between customers and support teams, while maintaining a focus on user experience. **What You Bring** Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or Node.js) for building and deploying APIs. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and serverless architectures like AWS Lambda and Azure Functions. Knowledge of integration tools (Google Cloud Functions, Twilio Functions, Microsoft Power Automate) for connecting AI with external systems. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and field service management platforms like ServiceTitan. Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for building scalable, efficient, and reliable systems. Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations is a must. **Bonus Points For** Experience with AI/ML frameworks or conversational AI platforms. Prior work in customer service automation or contact center solutions. Knowledge of voice processing and speech-to-text integrations.
