Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Perungudi, Chennai for a Call Centre Quality Auditor. The Call Centre Quality Auditor will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating agent performance to ensure adherence to quality standards. Daily tasks will include analyzing call recordings, identifying areas of improvement, preparing quality reports, and providing feedback to optimize customer interactions. Collaboration with team leads and managers to implement quality training initiatives will also be required.
Requirements
- Atleast 6 month experience
- Fluent Hindi Language is must
- Experience in Quality Auditing, Quality Control, and Quality Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Quality Assurance practices
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools is a plus
- Prior experience within a call center or customer service environment is must
