About The Role
We are seeking a Call Centre Executive to join a UK-based software product company, delivering exceptional customer support. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre role, specifically supporting UK or US clients, is required. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound customer service calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will support the sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of relevant experience supporting UK or US clients in a call centre setting.
