Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Call Center role located in Coimbatore. The primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service in Telugu and Hindi while addressing customer inquiries, managing calls, and resolving issues effectively. Other tasks include maintaining accurate records of interactions, ensuring prompt responses, and contributing to customer satisfaction by delivering a professional experience during inbound and outbound communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills for handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and conversational English to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
- Experience working in Contact Centers and an understanding of call center operations
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic Computer Literacy for managing records and operations
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are valued
