Role Description
Understanding on Data // Reports//Aware of Call centre Terms and KPI's
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
Location - Hyderabad - Banjara Hills
Qualifications
- 3 years as Sales team leader- Call centre- Sales Voice Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Analytical skills to evaluate team performance and implement process improvements
- Proven track record in managing customer satisfaction and resolving escalated issues
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both customers and team members
- Expertise in customer service operations and best practices
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a call center is an advantage
