Designation / Position: Telecaller

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via calls, email, and WhatsApp, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Maintain call records and update data properly
- Prepare basic documents for meetings
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
