Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Representative, based in Thrissur, India, with an opportunity for partial remote work. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include providing customer support over the phone, email, and chat platforms, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and resolving issues or escalating them as needed. Qualifications
- Customer Service skills, including Customer Support and a focus on maintaining high Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, with the ability to navigate and utilize various software tools and systems
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus
