Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in Mysore. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The representative will also collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for students and families and use computer systems as needed to manage information and communications.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer support skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in achieving customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and build relationships with clients
- Basic computer literacy for managing databases, responding to inquiries, and handling relevant software tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are beneficial
