Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Call Center Representative. The role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling a large volume of customer communications, managing records and updates efficiently using computer systems, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to engage with diverse customer demographics effectively.
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy and ability to operate modern communication tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer support environment is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications will be a plus.
