Hiring: Tele Counselor | Bachan IVF Centre | Delhi (Kirti Nagar)
Bachan IVF Centre is looking for a Tele Counselor to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who is passionate about guiding and supporting patients over calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential patients
- Provide accurate information about services and treatments
- Maintain patient records and follow-ups
- Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements:- Minimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling / counseling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
