Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operator located in Faridabad. The Call Center Operator will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with appointments, provide exceptional customer service, and address queries in a professional manner. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth communication and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in handling Contact Centers
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support and managing inbound/outbound calls
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience in healthcare or hospital settings is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
