🚀 We’re Hiring | Call Centre Officer – CallHealth
CallHealth is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Officer who is fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu and excels at managing outbound calls. If you enjoy interacting with people and ensuring a seamless customer experience, this opportunity is for you!
🔹 Role Overview
In this role, you will connect with customers to coordinate health checkup services, schedule appointments, provide clear guidance, and ensure a smooth and professional interaction throughout the process.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Coordinate with customers regarding their health checkup schedules
• Clearly explain the health checkup process, appointment details, and instructions
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Address customer queries in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information
• Follow up to ensure completion of the health checkup process
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience handling outbound calls
• Good listening, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage customer interactions effectively
• Prior experience in call centre/customer support/telecalling is a plus
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
• Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven, process-oriented environment
• Comfortable handling multiple interactions daily
