🚀 Role Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic Loans & Credit Card Manager to lead a high-performing outbound telesales team in a BPO/contact center environment. The role focuses on driving sales 📈, managing large teams 👥, and achieving aggressive targets 🎯.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

👨 💼 Manage 200+ outbound telesales executives

📞 Drive credit card & loan sales via outbound calling campaigns

📊 Track daily/weekly/monthly team performance

🎯 Ensure achievement of sales targets & KPIs

🎓 Train, mentor & motivate team leaders and agents

⚙️ Improve scripts, processes & conversion rates

🔥 Handle escalations & maintain customer satisfaction

🤝 Collaborate with internal teams for campaign success


Requirements:

🏢 4–5 years experience in BPO / Contact Center (Outbound Sales)

👥 Strong experience in handling large teams

💪 Excellent leadership & people management skills

💳 Experience in credit card / banking / loan telesales preferred

⚡ Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

🗣️ Strong communication & analytical skills
