Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Staff position at Janpaksh's Purnia Deistrict office. The Office Staff will perform essential administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities include managing office administration, assisting with customer service, supporting financial and accounting duties, and facilitating internal communication. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience in administrative assistance and office administration tasks such as scheduling, document management, and maintaining records
- Proficiency in customer service to address inquiries and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with tasks such as expense tracking and financial record organization
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a busy office setting
- Proficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms
- Prior experience in a consultancy or political environment is advantageous
