Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive for a full-time, on-site position at our Vadodara office. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, support clients in resolving issues, and work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. You will document customer interactions in the system and uphold the company's professional standards in every engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Support and Customer Service for addressing client needs effectively
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to handle interactions professionally and confidently
- Experience working in Contact Centers or similar customer-facing environments
- Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to support sales initiatives
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach in resolving customer issues
- Strong team collaboration and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and familiarity with additional languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an added advantage
