Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in calling operations, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calling and maintain daily call targets
- Manage and respond to incoming calls
- Track and follow up with leads generated from social media platforms
- Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication
- Provide a high-quality customer experience at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in calling roles
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry (preferred)
- Strong ability to handle and nurture leads
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and manage targets effectively
