Are you a confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette? We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Call Center Executives.
Position: Call Center Executive / Telecaller
📍 Location: Hybrid
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time / Part-Time
Responsibilities:- Make and receive customer calls professionally.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Accurately record call details and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior call center or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
