Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Executive located in Bhopal. The Call Center Executive will handle customer inquiries via calls, provide exceptional support, and assist in resolving issues effectively. Responsibilities include delivering prompt and empathetic customer service, managing sales calls, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to company protocols to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Contact Center operations.
  • Experience or aptitude in Sales and relationship building with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
