Role Description
The Call Center Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and existing patients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, following up with clients, and sharing relevant information regarding services offered. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service for addressing patient inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for effective interaction and information sharing
- Experience in using Contact Center operations to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
- Familiarity with Sales processes to educate patients about services and convert inquiries into appointments
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining patient records
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in healthcare or related service industries is a plus
- High school diploma or relevant certification; additional training in customer service is an advantage
