This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive located at Gleneagles Health City, Perumbakkam, Chennai. In this role, the Call Center Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, address patient inquiries, provide information about hospital services, assist with appointment scheduling, and ensure satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
