Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive located at Gleneagles Health City, Perumbakkam, Chennai. In this role, the Call Center Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, address patient inquiries, provide information about hospital services, assist with appointment scheduling, and ensure satisfaction through exceptional customer service. The role requires maintaining accurate records of interactions, escalating concerns to relevant departments, and working collaboratively to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, caregivers, and internal teams in a professional manner
  • Experience in Contact Centers and handling high-call volumes efficiently
  • Basic Sales skills to accurately convey hospital services and offerings when required
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM platforms
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and a strong focus on resolving customer concerns effectively
  • Fluency in English and additional local languages is preferred
  • Prior experience in healthcare or hospital customer service is an advantage
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
