Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Call Center Executive. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers by resolving inquiries and concerns, ensuring overall customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional support through various communication channels. The role also involves gathering feedback, solving challenges with analytical insight, and maintaining robust customer relationships. The goal is to promote positive user experiences, aligned with GitaQuest’s mission of empowering lives through purpose and clarity.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
- Effective Communication skills, with both verbal and written clarity
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying solutions and improving processes
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide a positive experience
- Proficiency with customer management tools and technologies is an asset
- Experience in handling youth-related or community-focused initiatives is a plus
