Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Lucknow. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing inbound and outbound inquiries, resolving customer issues, coordinating with the contact center team, and assisting in achieving sales goals. The Call Center Executive will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships.

- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working within Contact Centers
- Proficiency in achieving Sales targets and up-selling
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
