Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Executive role based in Hyderabad at Citizens Specialty Hospital. The Call Center Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient and visitor inquiries, and provide clear information about hospital services, appointment scheduling, and procedures. Responsibilities include accurately recording patient details, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on queries. The role involves managing call logs, adhering to established service standards, and maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy at all times. The Call Center Executive is expected to deliver courteous, empathetic, and professional support, contributing to a positive experience for every caller.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear speaking ability and active listening.
- Candidates should possess customer service and patient relationship skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and service orientation.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency and data entry skills, including familiarity with call center software or hospital information systems.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Relevant experience in a call center, healthcare, or hospital setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (such as Telugu and Hindi) is an advantage.
