Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Call Center Customer Service Representative. The representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support related to academy programs, schedules, and services. Other responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and addressing customer concerns
- Ability to ensure effective communication and provide quality service
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Bengali/Hindi) is preferred
- Basic computer literacy and experience with call center software or CRMs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus
