Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to promote and sell BTSPL's services. Responsibilities include generating leads, providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and assisting customers in selecting suitable travel and transportation solutions. The role will involve regular communication with clients and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients professionally and address their concerns effectively
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in Customer Support and relationship-building to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset
- Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Prior experience in the travel or transportation industry is an advantage but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
