Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Customer Service Representative role based in Kitchener, ON. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries about clinic services, appointments, and treatment options, and provide clear, accurate information in a courteous manner. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient records, resolving concerns, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. The role involves maintaining high service standards, documenting interactions in clinic systems, and following established protocols to support a positive patient experience. The representative will collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient patient support.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer support skills, with the ability to respond professionally and empathetically to diverse inquiries.
- Experience focused on customer satisfaction and customer experience, including handling feedback and resolving concerns constructively.
- Background in call center or similar customer-facing environments, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or service industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and clear phone etiquette.
- Proficiency with call center software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., email, scheduling systems).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with commitment to confidentiality and data privacy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare administration, customer service, or related fields is an asset.
