Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit counsellor calls.
- Maintain quality scorecards.
- Provide feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Ensure the process and quality compliance.
- Prepare daily/weekly QA reports.
Requirements
- Only candidates comfortable with the Noida location (WFO) should apply.
- Walk-in Interview only (able to come within 1-2 days).
- Apply only if comfortable with a 15k-18k salary bracket.
- Joining will be within 1-2 days after selection (Immediate).
- 6 months of experience should be mandatory in Quality Analyst ( EdTech Experience ).
