Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Call Agent. The Call Agent will handle a variety of responsibilities, including fielding and responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information, handling client complaints professionally, documenting interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized while working in a remote environment
- Problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and standard office software
- Experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
- Strong adaptability and the ability to handle high-stress environments professionally
- A positive and empathetic demeanor when dealing with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
