Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Agent, located in Delhi, India. The Call Agent will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Tasks include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about services, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients to address their needs and assist with collection processes efficiently.

- Problem-solving and active listening skills to address customer queries and concerns effectively
- Proficiency in managing customer records and data with attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management software

- Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is an advantage
