This is a position based in Bangalore, India. The duration of the internship program will be 1 year. In this role, you will work with cross functional teams ranging from Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, and Development to maintain reliability, scalability, efficiency and availability of production environment. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide First level support for all production incidents on GCP & AWS Infrastructure. Ensure Observability is an integral part of the infrastructure and provide adequate visibility about their health, utilization, and availability. Perform infra & application deployments by adhering to the change management process. Schedule, Manage and troubleshoot Batch jobs. Collaborate and communicate extensively with cross functional teams. Should be open to support 24/7 shifts.
