About the role
Potential interns from the graduating class of 2024–2025 are needed to join our Support Engineering team. In this position, you will help our clients troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by offering technical support for Calix access systems and cloud platforms. Assist in diagnosing and fixing technical problems with cloud platforms and Calix access.
Analyze, diagnose, and record support cases in conjunction with senior engineers.
