Public Utilities Regulatory Analyst IV

Under the general direction of a Program & Project Supervisor, the incumbent (PURA IV) will perform a broad range of analytical work in the areas of regulation, rate design, and analysis of utility costs and operations. The work involves evaluating utility rate applications, proposals, and forecasts; analyzing and interpreting utility financial and operational data; and providing written recommendations and reports. This position also participates in formal proceedings and hearings, and may provide expert witness testimony.
