● Develop and maintain calibration SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation across gas, dust, and meteorological parameters
● Plan and define calibration setups for new parameters, instrument types, or measurement ranges — providing technical specifications, workflow design, and environmental requirements
● Design and supervise testing experiments to identify and reduce sources of measurement error — linearity, drift, cross-sensitivity, and environmental influence studies
● Set calibration quality standards, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
● Prepare and maintain measurement uncertainty budgets and ensure traceability to national/international standards
● Build and maintain quality documentation and processes aligned to ISO/IEC 17025 standards
● Provide technical direction, training, and mentorship to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong understanding of measurement uncertainty estimation and GUM methodology
● Experience with gas analyzers, dust/particulate monitors, or meteorological sensors
● Demonstrated ability to write SOPs, design calibration workflows, and build technical documentation
● Proven ability to lead and coordinate with technical teams
