Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Cake Decorator for an on-site role at our Chennai location. The Cake Decorator will be responsible for designing and decorating a variety of cakes and baked goods, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and taste standards. Daily tasks include baking cakes, cookies, and other bakery items, crafting intricate designs, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and managing client orders. The role requires a high level of creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Cake Decorating and designing artistic, high-quality cakes
- Experienced in Baking and preparing bakery items, including cakes and cookies
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate with clients and fulfill custom orders
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role or formal training in bakery and confectionery is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
