Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Cafeteria Operations Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of cafeteria operations, ensuring efficient service, and upholding food quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining inventory, managing budgets, implementing operational policies, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and addressing customer feedback will also be essential for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills, including team management and conflict resolution
- Experience in food and beverage management, including inventory planning and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality management practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently
- Proficiency in data analytics and basic financial management for budget monitoring
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle operational challenges effectively
- Experience in managing cafeteria or restaurant operations is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous
