Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and well-presented Café Staff to manage our healthy café counter. The candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh juices, salads, and sandwiches while ensuring excellent hygiene and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare fresh juices, salads, and sandwiches as per recipe standards
Ensure freshness and proper storage of fruits, vegetables, and ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café counter and equipment
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
Assist customers with product recommendations
Maintain stock of raw materials and coordinate with store team
Follow food safety and quality guidelines
Deliver a premium and friendly customer experience
Requirements
Minimum 10+2 qualification
1 year experience in café / QSR / food preparation preferred
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen handling
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Well-groomed and presentable personality
Ability to work in shifts
