Procons Innovations Pvt. Ltd., the official franchise partner of Amore Gelato & Café, is hiring energetic and customer-focused cafe staffs for our outlets at Kadavanthra and Lulu Mall.

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Serve gelato, shakes, and beverages with precision and a smile
- Attend to customers courteously at the counter
- Operate the POS system, process orders, and handle customer queries
- Maintain kiosk/café hygiene, clean counters, and replenish stock
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist in opening and closing operations as per duty schedule
- Engage in upselling, free sampling, and promotional activities
🎓 Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in F&B, retail, or hospitality
- Language: Basic communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Attitude: Positive, team-player, and customer service-oriented
- Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
- Preferred: Students pursuing Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism
🕒 Shift Timings
📍 Amore Lulu Mall (Kiosk)
- Full-Time: Rotational shifts (9:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM)
📍 Amore Kochi (Café)
- Full-Time: Rotational shifts (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
