Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Staff member based in Bengaluru. The Cafe Staff will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining food safety standards, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with day-to-day café operations. Tasks include setting up and managing counters, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service at all times.
Qualifications
- Basic skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling
- Knowledge of Food Service operations and experience in maintaining Food Safety standards
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site café environment
- Basic knowledge of operating point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Previous experience in hospitality, café, or food services is preferred but not mandatory
