Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for Cafe Staff at Chai Matki Cafe, located in Navi Mumbai. Cafe Staff will handle daily operations, including preparing food and beverages, serving customers with a friendly approach, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring an overall positive experience for all patrons. The role also involves contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation and Beverage Making to ensure high-quality offerings for customers
• Experience in Food Service and Customer Service to create a welcoming and efficient experience for guests
• Knowledge of Food Safety practices and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
• Understanding of Food & Beverage operations to contribute to smooth cafe functionality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, team-driven environment and provide excellent service
• Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts, as required
